I get anxiety attacks for the simplest things, like thinking I have school tomorrow. What can I do to stop that and enjoy myself?
Stress comes from knowing what is right and doing what is wrong. just calm down I also have anxiety, everybody does, just remember that you can’t take back days that have passed you only have now not yesterday or tomorrow but now.

you must rationalize the fear and weigh what is a REAL FEAR and what is a REDICULOS FEAR.

I am a doctor…I use a sustained release tablet of propranolol (20 to 40 mg)..1 hour prior to stressful situations.
Caution: Propranolo is not good for your heart,prostrate, thyroid etc

hey bud, you answered my question about push up’s so i figured i would answer yours lol. i get anxiety attacks sometimes to, but only if its something new, like school starting back up.. what i do is just talk yourself down, i mean if your worried about school starting, then think about your past years at school, if they went smoth and were easy then just get it in your head that this year will be smoth and easy. thats what helps me alot,
